Sally joined Pantene Industrial in 2001 and she has been step by step promoted from junior marketing specialist to senior customer service manager for the past 25 years.
Looking back to May 2001, Sally started her career at Pantene Industrial as a marketing assistant. As Sally was actively overcoming pressure and challenges and constantly improving her job skills, her performance was outstanding and been promoted to supervisor in July 2004, the first milestone in her career.
In 2005, Sally was assigned as Deputy Manager of Customer Service Dept. for her hard work and excellent results in management and communication. Sally was greatly motivated by this recognition and devoted herself to work with huge enthusiasm.
Two years later, Sally was appointed as Customer Service Manager, which means more challenges are waiting for her. On the one hand, Sally needs to handle lots of complex and difficult requirements from global customers, which requires Sally to be professional in product knowledge and manufacturing processes. On the other hand, as a manager, Sally needs to lead the team to streamline the customer service process to increase work efficiency. Since then, Sally spent much time understanding products and learning manufacturing knowledge and closely collaborated with other departments to work out a more efficient workflow to provide swifter service for customers.
In July 2011, Sally reached a new milestone to become Senior Manager of Customer Service Dept. The customer service team upheld the value of "talent-oriented and sustainable development ", encouraging staff to learn from each other and make progress together. An excellent team is the best foundation for Pantene Industrial's long-term development.
For the past 20+ years, Sally already established a deep bond with Pantene Industrial: PI is not only a company but is a warm family and promising platform for Sally.
