We have a professional Quality Management team with an average of 10 years experience, which counts about 8% of the entire production staff. We highly value talent development, all the new employees of the Quality Control Dept. will receive comprehensive training for quality standards and quality control tools ( such as SPC statistics) use.
Our strict quality management system encompasses every stage of the process—from incoming material warehouse to production, final products, and delivery.
Comprehensive verification tests can be conducted in our QC lab with testing equipment like RoHS tester, salt spray test equipment, high and low-temperature chambers, etc. For example, a X-RAY test equipment is used to check whether the BGA chip soldering is good in the SMT process.
