Pantene Industrial has decades of experience in manufacturing solenoid coils. After tool making, we have a workshop in-house to stamp the metal washer and metal shell. Also, the bobbin injection and solenoid coild over-molding are completed in-house.
The metal stamping workshop is equipped with modern stamping equipment of various tons range, including hundreds-tons AIDA stamping machines, 20+ different tons, and small stamping machines.
Our stamping machines have capabilities and are able to handle metal plates of various thicknesses and materials, which empowers our flexibility for complex and unique requirements from customers.
Following strict operation guidance and process requirment, all the productions in metal stamping workshop are conducted by our skilled workers to ensure every stamping operation is accurate and correct.
Our plastic products focus on power tool housing, power supply case, and toy parts. With strong insent mold capabilities, we could support customer with more feature and creative products.
Our plastics injection workshop is equipped with injection machines of different tonnage ranging from 80 to 318 tons, it meets the needs of most small and medium-sized electronic products.
Some industrial products use resin with 30% glass fiber reinforcement, which causes severe wear and tear on the mold. Our factory integrates injection workshop and tooling workshop, which is more convenient for daily maintenance and ensures production quality.
The electronic assembly workshop focuses on the assembly and production of multiple kinds of electronic products, including chargers, SMPS, and wireless electronic products（ e.g. hearing aids for the elderly and baby monitors) . This workshop is equipped with 10+ assembly lines. With efficient production processes and exquisite workmanship, the daily production capacity is up to 20,000 units, which guaranttees large-scale production.
