• PI has set up an exclusive support team for Customer C to provide one-stop services. In 2024, we achieved 100% on-time delivery, 99% on-time submission rate of PPAP reports, and 98% customer satisfaction rate. We conducted regular bi-weekly meetings with customer C to fully understand their needs and provide relevant and appropriate solutions.
